Joseph Liu is the CEO of V Line Aesthetics Consulting Inc and an Injection Trainer for our Injection Artists. Importantly, the company collaborates with physicians in areas of education, marketing, and operations in the Medical Spa industry.
Undoubtedly, with over 18 years of experience in aesthetics, Joseph bears an impressive and successful career in cosmetic procedures. Thereafter, he was employed for three years at UCLA School of Medicine, and currently works alongside Dr. Edwin Kwon, MD, FACS.
Joseph Liu also works in close collaboration with Dr. Chris Ho who is a UCLA-trained cosmetic dermatologist. He is also a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, USA. Dr. Ho finished one year of residency training in aesthetics and lasers at the Harvard school of Medicine.
Meet our esteemed plastic surgeon, Dr. Edwin Kwon! A Southern California native and National Merit Scholar, Dr. Kwon attended Pomona College, earning the CRC Chemistry Award and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He was recruited to Vanderbilt University School of Medicine with a full academic scholarship as a Canby Robinson Scholar. During medical school, he took a sabbatical to work at Massachusetts General Hospital with Dr. William J. Austen.
Dr. Kwon completed his combined General Surgery and Plastic Surgery program at UCSF, where he received an NIH grant to study a novel pain control pathway, leading to a groundbreaking paper in the Journal of Clinical Investigation. He also published numerous scientific articles and a book chapter with Dr. Ron Gruber. Following residency, he completed an Aesthetics Fellowship at USC, performing countless cosmetic procedures and publishing papers on rhinoplasty, complex breast procedures, and abdominoplasty.
Dr. Kwon specializes in Asian Rhinoplasty, DCF Rhinoplasty, Buccal Fat Removal, Endoscopic Breast Augmentation, and body-contouring procedures in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Newport Beach. Known for his meticulous approach and dedication to achieving natural results, Dr. Kwon often tells patients, “I want people to know you look better, but not quite know why.”

Dr. Michael Lin is an accomplished dermatologist with an impressive educational background. He received his Bachelor’s degree with high honors from the University of California Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Lin then obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, before completing his dermatology residency training and National Institute of Health Research Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As a California licensed physician and board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Lin is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology, an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Southern California, and a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. He has successful practices in Sherman Oaks, Valencia, Beverly Hills, and Oxnard, California, where he interacts with patients on a daily basis and is known for his exceptional patient care.
Dr. Lin has specialized in laser therapy and has built a loyal and trusting patient base through his services. He and his team are also certified in the V Lift Series, including the V Line Power Lift, V Line Power Slim, and V Line 3D Contour.
