INTRODUCTORY

V-Line Series offers a mentorship program through an actual operating medical spa clinic that sees between 60 to 90 patients a day by a team of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Registered Nurse and other supporting staff. This program offers the real live medical spa operation and practice to the trainees to experience not only the procedures but safety practice policy and protocol performed on real paying patients. 

Program 1: will cover some of program 2 based on which patients are scheduled that day. 

Shadowing / Mentoring 

This one-day program allows trainees to observe and receive mentorship from different treatments and procedures on real paid patients for an entire day. This program was designed to provide the clinicians to shadow the real live Medical Aesthetic Spa in operation. This program includes: Regular : $ 600    / Promotion : $299

  1. One full day of shadowing/mentorship of the Medical Spa
  2. One hands-on treatment on real paying patient
  3. The didactic portion will occur with live patients 
  4. Anatomy-based consultation based on the V line series.
  5. V-Lift series art and scientific-based design of face before treatment. 

This program can be repeated up to 5 days max. 

Program 2: Comprehensive Long Term Mentorship 

Program 2  covered Everything below: parts one, two, and three and Business Modules. Total: 100k  Promotion: 50% off till 10/15. 

Prior to the hands-on clinical practice starts, trainees will be given a login code to review the didactic portion of the program. Trainees will also have public access to partial didactic information which can be found on: 

(V-Line Power Lift / V-Line Power Slim / V-Line 3D Contour, Lip art, Eye Rejuva Program, and PDO Thread Lift Program) 

All materials are the most up-to-date technique and can be referenced across 7 books and numerous articles and Expert injectors in the field. All references are available in the teachable.com module. 

The Course includes 4 – 6 patients contact each day 

  1. Assessment: Good faith exam, easy systematic assessment of aging of the face. 
  2. Design: Art and scientific-based Design of face before treatment. 
  3. Actual injection experience from 2 to 4 patients a day. 
  4. Students will be given a login code to see the didactic portion of the program via Teachable.com and can take tests to focus on main concepts.

What is guaranteed for the basic course? 

  1. Students will be able to use both needle and cannula to lift the face using the V line Power Lift technique. 
  2. Students will be able to inject Botoxin A (Xeomin) for wrinkles reduction, facial contouring, and lifting. Students will learn how to avoid side effects, such as brow ptosis, elevation, lid ptosis, festooning. 
  3. Basic marketing: a. How to systematically get happy patients to submit Yelp reviews that do not get filtered. b. How to get the best angle and idea for Live Injection during the day for Facebook, and Instagram. 
  4. Students will follow Joseph PA, Master Trainer 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time she will follow our NP and PA. 
  5. There will be a 2 monthly phone consultation with Joseph. 15 minutes per week available. 
  6. We guaranteed the most up-to-date technique backed up by books and journal articles and experts in the field. 
  7. Students will get to observe all of the advanced course techniques.

Part one Training $ 30,000 

($10,000 deposit and 2 – $10,000 monthly payment)

  • V-Line Power Lift (Excluding threads ) Once a week training for 12 weeks. 

What is a V-line Power lift? V-Line Power Lift is a specialized aesthetic procedure to lift the face via the artistic use of fillers, PDO threads, and Xeomin (A purer form of Botox). This exclusive technique delivers 3D injection points on the face, recreating youthful contours such as defined jawlines and natural v-lines. Benefits include improved laugh lines, under-eye aging, and droopy mouth corners. 

V Line Power Slim is a three-step procedure that shapes the jaw into a more slender and defined point. 

  1. Slim down jaw bulges with Botox Facial Slimming 

Botox Facial Slimming is an off-label use of Botox (just as the forehead is off-label but is done commonly). This step takes just 1 injection (20-60u) on each side of the cheek. Typical cases see facial slimming in less than 2 weeks with results lasting up to 6 months. 

  1. Melt away cheek fat (buccal fat) with Kybella. (off-label usage) 

Hanging cheek fat is also known as buccal fat. Due to time and gravity, the fat in the cheek gets pulled down to the corners of the mouth, creating a sad and tired look. Kybella injections can be used off-label to address this area. Treatment for this area generally takes 2 to 3 sessions a few weeks apart with results fully present within 4 weeks. 

  1. Melt away chin fat with FDA-approved Kybella. 

Kybella is an FDA-approved on-label treatment for double chins. Once the fat is gone from the chin, you may consider tightening treatments as well. 

(Consider Chin Extension with fillers to further enhance the results ). 

Lip Art 

Lip Art is a specialized technique to craft natural youthful lips through the artistic use of Filler, PDO Thread, and Botox. Unlike no other, the principle of Balance, Proportion, and Harmony guides the lip art injection artist to painlessly deliver safe and natural results. 

  1. Learn to identify all the parts of a lip unit and how aging affects each part 
  2. Learn how to do the Russian Technique, the standard technique, using a needle and cannula. 
  3. Learn How to anticipate filler migration and resolve it using Hylenex. 
  4. Learn how to blend the fillers for a pump volumized look or use straight nonblended fillers to do lip flip. 
  5. Learn how to flip the lip without injecting the lip using fillers. 

Cannula Skills 

The Cannula course is ideal for aesthetic practitioners who have a good basic knowledge of dermal filler injections and who feel ready to develop their knowledge of alternative techniques by exploring the use of cannula in particular. Learning to inject with a needle is the foundation building block to aesthetic injections; however, for many procedures, mastering cannula techniques opens a door to quicker and safer results with less bruising, bleeding, discomfort, and ultimately fewer side effects, complications, and greater patient satisfaction. This course will explain the benefits of the cannula and what anatomic area is best for this approach. 

Part Two 

Advanced Course: $30,000

Twice a week training for 4 weeks. 

  • V-Line 3D Contour: Forehead, Temple, Glabella Hollow, Nose, and Chin and submental region 

If you are considering doing V -Line 3D contouring, you may need to first complete treatment steps 1 and 2 listed above. Our skilled injection artists will assess your condition during your free consultation. Then we’ll determine which treatments are necessary for your specific needs. 

Although each person is unique, certain facial features are more common to some ethnicities than others. For example, Europeans tend to have more projected features than their Asian counterparts. V-Line 3D contouring is a 3-step process that requires strategic injections of fillers (such as Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, and Sculptra) in three different areas to make the central face more projected. 

V-line 3D contouring is determined by three projected points: 

  1. Forehead 
  2. Nose/lips 
  3. Chin 

V-line 3D contouring solves the following problems: 

  1. Flat forehead/Sunken temples 
  2. Depression in the nose bridge and tip 
  3. Thin lips and shortened chin 

Our V-Line 3D contouring treatment is customized for each person’s unique facial features. Thus, you may need a combination of all three steps for the best results. 

Forehead Contour: Learn detailed anatomy and safer injection technique for forehead contour and reflation. 

Learn how to leverage forehead convexity for brow lift using PDO threads. 

Learn to smooth out the forehead surface, treat Botox side effects, wrinkles and dents in the forehead. 

Temple Contour: Learn how to leverage temple anatomy to lift the mid and lower face using our signature “Vertical Power Lift with PDO” Threads technique. 

Learn how to reflate temples with fillers and avoid complications such as blindness, taste changes and pulmonary embolism by avoiding the vessels. 

Glabella Hollow: Learn how to use filler and threads and Botoxn A in the Glabella region in a very safe manner, to treat wrinkles, depression, and fill in for a smoother surface. 

Nose: Learn how to elevate the nose bridge, tips of the nose, or smooth out the hump in the middle of the nose by using fillers, threads and learn how to narrow the nostril by using Botoxn A and fillers. 

Chin: Learn how to extend or projects the chin using fillers and erase wrinkles on the chin using blended fillers and Botox A 

Eye Rejuva Program 

  1. Identify aging of the eye and how it affects brows and eyelids lead to eye bags, lines, hollow, dark circles.
  2. Eye Rejuva is a three-step process using fillers, PDO threads, Bronx A, and PRF ( Platelet Rich Fibrin ) to make the eyes more youthful. 
  3. In this program, you will learn to volumize important fat compartments that support the orbital ligament that supports the orbital fat pad which is the most crucial part of a youthful eye. 
  4. Identify Cheek lid junction and how to give it a smoother transition 
  5. Identify causes of dark circle 
  6. Identify who is the best candidate and who may end up with side effects of fillers were placed. 
  7. Using microtox and comfort blend fillers to avoid side effects such as Festooning, malar edema, Tyndel’s effect, sausage roll, ectropian, post septal placement, edeam of the lower eyelid, increasing crease or wrinkles, drooped cheek, and visual reduction.
  1. Learn to treat infraorbital and medial epicanthal canthal wrinkles. 
  2. Learn to use BD Tube, Needle, and Cannula to rejuvenate the eyes.

Specialty (Advance) Course $30,000

Twice a week training for 4 weeks. 

Threading

  • PDO Threads using “Vertical V line Power Lift” technique: Traditional Lift with PDO starts from zygoma and down toward the mouth corner. With the unique “Vertical V line “ technique students will learn that anchoring or fixation of threads is the primary objective. Anchoring can be achieved through deep fascia anchoring and cross-hatching technique using our unique Vectors, the L, V, and Vertical vectoring. Anchoring or fixation of threads provides long-lasting results. Students will learn to assess zygomatic bone, anterior convexity, temple volume and jowl fat to determine which vectors receive more threads and fixation. Students will also learn to lift neck skin laxity. Students will apply art (discern different facial shapes) to make sure zygoma is not too pronounced or face is not too wide after thread lift. Students will learn to combine fillers and threads alone with toxins to lift the face as well as how to avoid dimpling, bunching, thread protrusion, puckering and migration and learn to fix those issues in case they happen.


  • Instalyft Sculptra Cone Threads: Students will learn when to use PDO vs Cone threads and apply the above techniques to facial lifting. Furthermore, combining both kinds of threads at different layers of skin will be shown. Students will learn how to manage cone threads side effects as well as avoiding them. 
 
  • Neck: Students will learn to inject Botox to improve the necklace line, platysma band, neck lift, jaw lift, as well as tightening using the “ microtox “ method. Students will learn how to blend fillers to be injected into the neck for collagen growth and wrinkles improvement. 
  • Also, PDO threads for neck rejuvenation will be included in the training. The Microtox method will shrink pores and give skin a better shine. 
  • Chest: Students will learn to use blended bio stimulator/ fillers as well as Botox A to improve the appearance of the chest. Angel PDO threads can be used to enhance the result.
  • Shoulder: Students will learn how to inject the trapezius to relieve discomfort but to diminish the size of the upper shoulder for a more feminized appearance. 
  • Hyperhidrosis (Sweating Underarm ): Students will learn how to inject Botox A to decrease excessive sweating in the armpit. 

Business Operation Module $ 5,000

This program allows the trainee to shadow, observe, and train full operation day of the Medical Spa including 2 days on-site and  2 hours of virtual consultation. 

Practice Policy & Procedure (Digital File & Training Video) $ 5,000

This includes Treatment Practice Policy and Procedure and Aesthetic Medical Spa Operating Manual template and protocol training video access. 

Note: Trainees are eligible for a $5,000 discount for providing their own model (patient) for each program.
